RHK Primary and Science Educational is an open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal committed to publishing high-quality scientific articles in the field of elementary education. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, teachers, graduate and undergraduate students, education practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate original research findings, theoretical studies, literature reviews, and innovative educational practices that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and the improvement of elementary education.
The scope of Primary Educational encompasses a broad range of topics related to elementary education, including curriculum and instruction, literacy and numeracy, educational assessment and evaluation, educational technology, instructional media and learning resources, character education, inclusive education, multicultural education, teacher professional development, educational leadership and management, educational psychology, educational policy, Project-Based Learning (PjBL), Problem-Based Learning (PBL), STEM/STEAM education, differentiated instruction, culturally responsive education, and other contemporary issues relevant to educational transformation in the twenty-first century.
In response to the rapid advancement of digital technologies and the evolving educational landscape, Primary Educational particularly welcomes manuscripts that explore the integration of digital technologies into teaching and learning. These include studies on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, learning analytics, digital learning ecosystems, educational technology, computational thinking, digital literacy, and innovative pedagogical approaches that enhance students' competencies and prepare them for the challenges of the digital era.
As a scholarly journal that upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics, Primary Educational implements a transparent, objective, and rigorous editorial process through an electronic journal management system (Open Journal Systems/OJS). Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening (desk review), plagiarism and similarity assessment, and a double-blind peer-review process conducted by qualified experts in the relevant field.
